Introduction
GaDgEt begged last week for no more upper body on Monday. Turns out it was my VQ; so as promised no upper body.
Warm-O-Rama
Warm-O-Rama was short and sweet.

The Thang
We began at the center of little five points with an introduction of my two new friends; Dice 1 & 2. The task was simple roll the dice and do 25 reps of whatever the dice said. Run up Bear Arse Hill and roll again. Ran back and roll again. Rinse and repeat. The dice did their job keeping it random and even beating us down with extra Burpee Plank Jacks. We took our chance on the third set of BPJ and gambled with 30 reps of . . . . Crap not those Frog Lunges! Mosey back to the Flag for a short road of V-Ups and Planking.
Circle of Trust
Recent events reminded me of how nothing is random or happens by chance with God. I had even created the dice for a totally didn’t idea in mind but God knew the plan before I did. I shared about my Miracle Daughter and how she entered this world and how God has revealed and promised us that all of it had meaning and none of it was by chance. This was again proven to me during the work out when we had done the same exercise twice in a row so I rolled again to change the outcome. . . Nope its the same. God promises to never give us more than we can handle. Dont try to force his hand. Take what He gives you and follow His lead. Drafty shared about his upcoming event and how God used the message at Church sunday to Open his heart and change his mind for his upcoming event. Commando chimed in later (was holding in the merlot) for prayers for his Wife and her mother. He also asked for prayers for his new job opportunity.

I am thankful for this group. I had been here for a year since moving without any real friends. Now I have brothers I can count on. I was falling away from God in solitude but have been renewed by you Men. Thanks for dragging me along.
