Introduction
The day was left open until the night prior so YHC took it to ensure we’d do some running. GadGet brought the dice and we rolled our beatdown 4 dice at a time.

The Thang
It was cold, we rolled the dice and we ran.
YHC didnt capture each separate roll but the group did the following at least once:
1. Frog Squats
2. Frog Lunges
3. LBC
4. Freddie Mercurys
5. Burpee Pushups
6. Burpee Plank Jacks
7. BBSU
8. Plank
Each round was followed by a 400M run. We did 6 rounds but didnt run on the last one.
Circle of Trust
Gucci reminded us to pray for One-Ply and his family, specifically his father. The storms weren’t kind and theres still clean up to do.
Pebble received news re: his baby. Pray that God protects and delivers a healthy child. Pray that we wait for the wisdom to understand his way if we dont get what we want.

There was a request to ban burrito sundays going forward. YHC is pretty sure the striping in the parking lot was starting to come off…Wheels and Jerky were the main culprits today.
