What F3 means to YHC in one word: freedom. Freedom to live. Freedom to lead. Freedom to be a HIM. Sky Q has put YHC in several situations the last few weeks to be of maximum service and high impact in the community and at YHC’s work. F3 has given YHC the strength and courage to know what to do in those situations and do it. If YHC can do burpees, squats, lunges, man makers, etc, and gain wisdom from the other pax, YHC can know what to do when the situation is presented. As the F3 book says- freed to lead. YHC gets it. Freedom is an awesome feeling!!! YHC is gonna keep showing up so more sad clowns can be free. YHC was a sad clown. Now YHC is free!!! Thank you my F3 brothers!!!!
