The Thang
On the small lawn near the Flag (plank or al gore till the 6):
– Forest to the Sea: bear crawl down, crab walk back, x3
– Fiddler Crab: across and back, x3 (with 5 super crunches IC in between each)
– Flying Nun: up & back, x3
– Foxhole: 10 OYO (Ferkins allowed)
– Fairy Jacks: 5 OYO
– Finish with a mosey around the building

Naked Man Moleskin
It being the first Friday of June and this being F3, the Exicon was consulted to create a winkie sheet full of “F”-themed things to try, many of them new to the AO. This Freshness risked YHCC looking Foolish, but it introduced newness and motivated humility.
If the exercise did not start with the letter “F,” YHC made sure that the count did (i.e. 14, 15, etc.).
One that YHC decided to save for next time, and with more PAX is “Fire Drill”–coming to the gloom in the Future.
