Introduction
Flashing back to YHC much younger days…..we threw down with some Fifty up in the club! Adding in some inspirational Coupons to the mix. Go shorty its your birthday!

The Thang
Take the hill and the coupons in counts of Fifty……up in da club! YHC informed PAX to team up. Working together, one Pax begins working toward of total of 50 of the given exercise while the other PAX takes the hill Braveheart style! Incline push ups(using coupon) x 50, Squats with coupon x 50, shoulder presses with coupon x 50, box jumps x 50, Coupon curls x 50 and bent over coupon rows x 50. We had enough time to complete 2 cycles of each exercise. Coupons were then secured in the wooded area for all Pax to incorporate into their workouts!
Finish out With Mary- FreddieMercs, LBC, 100s,BBSU and different varieties of planks!
Circle of Trust
YHC then handed out an article regarding being MEN OF ACTION! Everyday getting out of bed and being the husband and father we all want to be but sometimes we pick laziness over action! Kathmandid had prayers for his neighbor,Swedish Ham- Prayers for a friend who passed under unknown circumstances at this time, YHC continued prayers for transitioning to new neighbors after losing some really great neighbors.
Prayers for Delta Deuce (smartsacking) trying stay healthy so he can bring us the good word this Sunday!

YHC still needs to work on time….or at least some filler exercises to take up time…..randomly started adding some Mary exercises at the end become of poor time management. YHC believes the PAX was excited about the addition to the coupons! Prayers that we may all be MEN OF ACTION today and everyday!
