Introduction
Conditions: Clear, temps were low 70s but once you got the blood flowing, the humidity made it feel a lot hotter. #NoPainNoGain
5:30am on the dot…No shovel flag was present so the PAX did 10 penalty burpees…
Then we mosey’ed down the street for a little Warm-O-Rama…

The Pax circled up and although there were no FNGs, the Q administered the disclaimer to remind the PAX why we were there this morning…to push ourselves but not kill ourselves and that they could modify if they needed to…and if hey got hurt, we would gladly help them to their car.

The Thang
We headed to “The Cliffs” but there was not enough light to climb the hills for some 11s (and the Q did not want to risk allowing one of the PAX to get hurt), so the PAX set off for part 2 of the thang on the baseball field.
Around the Bases:
Phase 1…
-Lunge to 1st base
-Bear crawl to 2nd base
-Lunge to third base
-Bear crawl home
The Pax did two last of “Native American” runs around the baseball field
Phase 2…Partner up
-Frog jump over your partner to first base
-One partner does a wheelbarrow to second base
-Frog jump over your partner to third base
-The other partner does the wheelbarrow to home plate
*PAX held an Al Gore until everyone was finished
Phase 3:
-Carry you partner on your back to first base
-The other partner carries the other partner on their back to 2nd.
-Rinse and Repeat the same action to 3rd base and home.

Phase 4:
One last round of switching between lunges and bear crawls around the bases like phase 1.

The PAX took one last “Native American” run around the baseball field before they headed back to “Where the shovel flag usually stands” for 6MOM.
The heat started to slow down some of the PAX so the ones who got to the “finish line” first did a walk sit until the entire PAX arrived. The last 6 minutes were spent working on early Christmas gifts to our M’s…some rock hard abs. The PAX took turns going around the circle calling out and leading their fav ab exercises…

Delta Deuce addressed the elephant in the room: Where has Delta Deuce been? The answer: He has been busy, but also has been “avoiding” the PAX to some degree. While some of our mumblechatter is benign, some of our mumblechatter has irritated Delta. Rather than speak to his brother and work things out, Delta took the path of avoidance. That’s not the way to handle this type of situation. That’s on Delta. Delta promised to speak to his brothers and clear the air rather than let things fester in the future.
