Introduction

When It’s cold and wet the frogs come out. Or was it freaks? In this case maybe both

Warm-O-Rama

The usual suspects. Side straddle hop, weed pickers, windmills, Sun Gods. And a little mosey to Little five points

The Thang

This was a four corners work out originally designed to be done on the football field but due to the rain we moved it to Little five points so that we could take shelter under the canopy during our corner activities.

1) leapfrog down to the fence (roughly 100 yards) Because YHC is a just and merciful Q I called an audible and didn’t make everybody Leap frog all the way back

25 Bro-kins

2) AYG (all you got) up Bare arse hill and jog back. (Apparently for many of the pax today The definition of “all you got” or “sprint” and “jog” was loosely defined as I saw lots of jogging and yes even walking at a few points during the work out. Which I take as a total complement)

25 Big Bro Sit ups

3) lunges all the way down to the fence and jog back (we started to see some real separation of the pax at this point as the hamstring and gluteus fatigue sit in)

25 bro-kins

4) AYG Up Bear arse Hill and jog back

25 big bro sit ups

Rinse and repeat. The goal on 4 corners was 3 rounds. Here at little 5 points the distances were all different and we settled for 2 rounds and headed to the flag

Circle of Trust

Count Arama name Arama and prayer to the sky Q. Nuff said!

Naked Man Moleskin

I noticed that everybody seemed really tired and sluggish today. Maybe it’s from winter break and having a little bit of a shock coming back to the school schedule or maybe it’s something totally unrelated. Or maybe the workout was just hard I’m not sure. But hopefully we see a little bit more energy in the next few workouts!
