Introduction
After Swedish Ham’s Board of Pain on Wednesday YHC had a heart and decided not to deal out any more burpee torture to the PAX. Instead, I went for the Friday pot-luck special with a little bit of everything!

Hillbillys (Got sidetracked by QT’s mention of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson moving into the area and ended up doing Imperial Walkers again while the PAX picked up the slack and called YHC out) – Thanks fellas.
The Thang
Mosey to the front Football Field for a little Dora. PAX was instructed to partner up:
Exercise 1 – Clean and Press with Coupon x 150
Exercise 2 – Merkins x 200
Exercise 3 – Curtsy Squats x 250
One partner competes AMRAP while other partner bear crawled short length of field and jogged back. Partners switch out back and forth until all exercises had been completed. YHC called the bear crawls off half-way through the exercises so that we could get more of Dora knocked out quicker.
Called off Dora with 15 minutes left. Plenty of time to get 3 rounds of Spartans in. After 3 Spartans YHC instructed PAX to mosey to the flag for 6 Minutes of Mary.
