Introduction
YHC arrived way to early to my amazement, the bathrooms were locked….so i had to make a detour to take a layover at the local QT!
Then to Q’s amazement…only Gazelles showed up!

100- Burpee with Star jumps while partner ran to top of stairs(4 flights) and back
200-Dips on planters with Partner did Moguls…swapped every 20 moguals
300-Step ups on planters while partner did long jumps from one end of lights to other
400- Jumps ropes in honor of double dutch, partner ran to museum area and back
then i fast and wondering Indian run around Acworth up and across the ped bridge….thanks to Detour recommendation.
