Since One Ply broke Swedish Ham for the Q…..I had drafty bring his deck of cards

Mosey to the front door. SSH, weedpickers, imperial walkers, some light gadget stretching followed by a brisk motivators.
The Thang
Ran to the 4 corners of the AO…..throw out a couple cards and do work. Squats, all kind of merkins, 400 meter run, SSH, More merkins….lunges….tried to outrun a hazy cloud of stink from Mr. Pink, unsuccesful.
