Introduction
YHC was in no mood to be creative but had no problem still being devious. Let the cards of fate decide and my chips fall where they may.

The Thang
The group was divided in half and and each group was dealt a hand of 5 cards. We played high/low to see which team got to select which hand we would play. The arrangement was that we would use the exercises from one teams hand but the reps from the other team.
2-5 = 5 reps
6-10= 10 reps
Jack- Ace = 20 reps.
This meant that the winning team could either select their hand as a ‘rep hand’ or an ‘exercise hand’ It was often the case that the other team would reveal a bunch of face cards or several crappy Mercian variants.

During Gucci Coffeeteria I asked the question MonkeySamuai had asked me. “How do I know when I’m dealing with Pride”. Awesome conversation as we crowd sourced the answer and multiple men spoke into Monkey’s life with buckets of raw life experience and wisdom. I would kill to have had this in my life at his age but beyond grateful he has it in his life.
