Introduction
Like Lewis and Clark, the PAX are exploring the AO and going into the lesser known regions of the park.
Warm-O-Rama
Mosey all the way back to new location #1 – “The Courts”. As usual, Cobb County’s finest kept watch while we warmed up.

The crab walk was especially enjoyed by the PAX.
Mosey to new location #3 – “The Dam”

10 Burpees, mosey to other end of dam, 1 squat, mosey back
9 burpees, 2 squats, 8-3, etc. until the cycle is complete.

Mosey straight back to flag (and I do mean straight back….shortest distance is a straight line, right?)
Circle of Trust
QIC finished 3 minutes late…..my apologies. Quick count-o-rama and name-o-rama.
We have been working out at this AO for 6 months. YHC wanted to shake things up a bit and explore parts of the park we rarely use, if ever.
Similarly, YHC encouraged the PAX to shake things up in their lives as well. It’s easy to get comfortable and settle into a routine. Routine is okay, but it’s also good to mix things up every now and then. Maybe wake up 20 minutes early and pray. Maybe come home from work and take your kids on an adventure hike through the woods. Maybe call the friend you haven’t talked to in a long time and catch up.
Comfort is the enemy of progress.
