Introduction
Standard Indian run but really sprint to the head of the line.

normal stretching,scratching,moaning,farting etc.
The Thang
Nice easy pace then a sprint to the front of the line to get that intermittent burn. Run wherever you please when you lead. YHC expected the Q to get high jacked 5 minutes into the run by the thoroughbreds but it actually took about 30 minutes before it turned into a derby race. A good solid calorie burn and good to see a few new faces on a Tuesday.
Circle of Trust
Prayers continued to be lifted up for Tri-Doc as he continues his battle. Tri Doc will be training for his triathlon season so any brave PAX looking for a longer run give him a shout. The clown car will be running a 5k this Sat so lookout for the link from Homewrecker

YHC really needed a good calorie burn after a glutenous weekend and a good stress relief.
