Introduction

The lower and upper loops at the park make a crazed figure eight, inspiring an 8-themed workout, especially in the rep counts: 8 or twice 8 (16) or even 18…in a slightly crazed fashion. Stations about every other bench to break up the mosey.

Warm-O-Rama

SSH, Hill Billy Rockettes, Abe Vigodas, Imperial Walkers, LBAC forward, Air Presses, Seal Claps, Pretzels, Overhead Claps, LBAC reverse, Merkins.

The Thang

8+8
Start with a mosey from flag CCW around the lower loop.
Pull up to the newish pull up stations; pull-ups.
Continue mosey back to flag to do some lunges.
Mosey from there CW around the upper loop to the corner by 3rd base.
Skip the dips and do more Merkins instead, before mosey some more.
Lots ‘o squats at the northeast corner before returning to flag for SSH.
Repeat the “8” again.

Move to dry spot for Mary: Monkey Humpers, Flutter Kicks, LBCs,
Australian Snow Angels, American Hammers, and some 8-count Doc I-Hate-Yous.
