The Thang
We started with 9 different stations spread throughout the field; 5 Cinderblocks and 4 Sandbags(115 lbs, 40 lbs, 35lbs, and 20 lbs). Each station was assigned an exercise. The goal was to visit each stations and complete the exercise/reps prescribed at each one. The field was divided in half, so for one side we bear crawled between stations. For the other half we lunged between stations. When swapping sides we sprinted to the other side of the green and back.
We performed the following exercises:
Sandbag exercises:
20 Deadlifts with 115 lbs
30 squats with 40 lbs
30 second rifle carry with 35lbs
30 arm raises with 20 lbs
Cinderblock exercises:
30 Swings
20 Figure Eights
30 Overhead Presses
30 Step Ups
30 Curls
We then ran over to the hill/stairs and did the Everest excercise, which involves lunging up the hill and performing a squat between each lunge. At the top of the hill we completed 10 burpees. That for the suggestion on the Burbees Kathmandid!

I thought this was a well rounded routine that worked out a good many of the major muscle groups without overstressing them. I hope everyone else enjoyed it as much as I did. I think I will bring something like this around again.
