A long warmup, Stair work, Mosey, SSH, Wind Mills, Arm Circles, Mtn man poopers
The Thang
22s- 400 meter run… 21 Lunges(or Bonnie Blairs) followed by 1 Merkin, equals 22….Continue 18-4,16-6….etc etc to 1/21. 400 meter run, next 2 exercises are….Jump Squats/Double hand release merkins….same deal 21/1,18-4….400 meter run…and for those guys that excelled…Barker and an FNG named Layover :)…they started Mtn Climbers and LBCs…..Finished with enough time to do a little Chumbawanba….each time the course plays ( i get knocked down) do a Burpee….The pax loved it and wants to do each at the end of every BD!
