Warm-O-Rama
No Q today, so Cheer Dad took the lead on warmups for the standard ones:

The Thang
With no official Q, Gadget pulled out his trusty dice and on this Friday the 13th we had our own little horror movie. We would run to a location, where Jason (the dice) would be waiting. Four dice, 13 of each exercise to slay the boogeyman. BUT, like every good horror villain, HE NEVER DIES! So, off to the next location to take on Jason and 13 reps of his four exercises again. We ran all over The Asylum and I think we eventually slayed Voorhees on the fifth sequel (maybe sixth, I lost count). With four minutes to spare, we mosey’d to the flag for 13 reps of each exercise on the Ab dice (Jason gets the last laugh).

Continued prayers for Casper and Scout with the move and Mrs. Casper’s cancer treatment. Prayers for Jerky and his search for employees.

There are rules to surviving a horror movie! Never have sex. Never do drugs (or drink). Never say “Ill be right back.” Most importantly, never assume the killer is dead. He’s not. He will pop back up (just like the dice!).
