No Q no problem….Broke out the board of Pain and a new set up Playing cards
Warm-O-Rama
Mosey to Band Camp- SSH, Weedpickers, Windmill, Hillbillies…
The Thang
Run then deal the cards…Each suit represents an exercise…..Diamonds (pushups), Hearts (burpees), Spades (squats),Clubs (BBS)….Ran then dealed, ran then dealed…Mixed in some wind sprints with exercises….Did an indian run and dropped katmandid(prayers at work)…..ran to flag pole-dealed….continued until we got back to the brickyard….Finished off with additional rounds as well as some more Merkins to help out our pax that are doing this months challenge!
