Moseyed around parking lot watching late arrivals roll in, Yak Attack and COMANNDO(YES) rolling in hot.Headed to track, SSH, Weedpickers, something called Albotros ( arms circles, batwings, seal claps etc etc )

Bear crawl to 10 yard line- 10 Burpees….Bernie back…
Bear Crawl to 20 yard line- 20 Overhead Lunges…bernie back….
Jump, skip or run to 30 yard line- 30 merkins…bernie back
J,K,R to 40 yard line- 40 BBSU….bernie back

Then back down ladder…..50,40,30,30,10…..The 2 PAX voted most likely to succeed (spponer and Wheels)moseyed around track waiting on us slow folks to finish….others were given to opportunity to knock out some dips for the dips challenge….moseys to PINKs Place….YHC explained…this is gonna suck and smiled….bear crawl in and out of the handrail…appox. 30 yards…pax had to stay low so there back wouldn’t hit handrail…..when finished we did chicken peckers while the Congo line of drunken bears finished up..Then we crawl beared back through half the railing before mutiny began….YHC being fair switched to an indian run back to the brickyard for some mary to finish out…flutter kicks, box cutters, dying cock roaches(the right way) and a very fact mountain climber to finish us off.
