Beep Test
20 meter run within beep intervals and the beeps get slightly closer together each time. Those who stuck in it until the end made it through round 11 which was a total of 100 20 meter “sprints”
Those who dropped off early kept jogging in the parking lot to keep the blood pumping.
Time was left so we did a tour de forge Indian run
Circle of Trust
This week I am approaching 5 years sober from a devastating addiction. Being “found out” was both a great and terrible grace. Like getting in a car wreck when you would have drove off a cliff if you kept driving. True love is waiting on the other side of total honesty, and freedom is found in that new paradigm as well. The reason I am still sober is an abiding love from my savior. His love awakens me. Because of his grace I can mature into who he has already made me to be.
Prayers lifted for Mr Pink and his family as they battle through some tough stuff as well.

I love that I can show up on any given day to an F3 workout and find the type of community that Jesus came to create. All men are welcome regardless of age, culture, religion race you name it. But I see the spirit of God moving and it’s awesome. Oh, AND we got in a great workout and bettered ourselves for our families.
