400m Mosey around the parking lot for warmup
The Thang
Beeptest sprints for 15 min
YHC marked off 30 yards and set a timer to beep every minute
Sprint 30 yards, be back in time to sprint at the next beep.
YHC vastly underestimated the speed and quality of HIM grown in West Cobb, returning to the starting line at a gentle saunter realized we had a leisurely 36 seconds remaining for the first minute.
Adjustments were made and an audible was called. 30second timer usage commenced.
30 yards every 30 seconds were run for 15 minutes
Ended our time with a nice Follow the Leader run

YHC hates sprints, does not enjoy them at all. Dakotoes provided some valuable insight into YHC’s posture that proved invaluable.
