It has been 8 weeks since YHC has had the privilege of leading HIMs through a beatdown. Let’s go!
Warm-O-Rama
0530
Mosey all the way up the hill and up the stairs to the overhead bridge. Circle up for:
Weed Pickers IC
Windmills IC
Run across bridge and down the other side for:
LBAC……WAIT! A TRAIN!
5 Burpees
THEN lbac’s in cadence (screaming cadence since we were 10 feet from the train) forward/backward.
The Thang
Start with our old friend Jack Webb.
1 merkin, 4 air presses
2 merkin, 8 air presses
3 merkin, 12 air presses
etc. up to 10 merkins, 40 air presses
Mosey back up the stairs, over the bridge, down the stairs, and down the hill toward the flag.
Quarter Pounder:
Bear crawl to the next light post (approx. 25 yards) and do 25 BBSU. Jog back to flag.
Crab walk two light posts (approx. 50 yards, but felt like 300) and do 50 plank jacks. Jog back to flag.
Frog jump three light posts (approx. 75 yards) and do 75 calf raises. Stay put.
Bernie sanders all the way back past the flag to another light post (approx. 100 yards) and do 100 SSH.
Cool Hand Luke chose a bridge to mosey to (there are several to choose from). Once there we did elevens with dips/squat jumps. Run across bridge in between. Around the halfway point…..WAIT! A TRAIN!
5 burpees
Finish up elevens, then back to flag for a box of Mary.
One PAX chooses an ab exercise. Other PAX do exercise while first PAX does 10 box jumps. Rotate through until all PAX have done the box jumps. Have about 20 seconds left for a plank.

Circle of Trust
YHC shared the history of The Streak and talked about the HIM Streak, one of the founders of F3 West Cobb. The goal is for The Streak to have a reputation much like Mark, aka Streak. High intensity and vulnerability. YHC took his mask off and shared a vulnerable part of his life with the other men.
Naked Man Moleskin
It was great to be back leading a beat down, especially at The Streak. Loved seeing the PAX out getting better, faster, and stronger. It won’t be long and The Streak will be teeming with former Sad Clowns getting right!
