Mosey downrange while of couple Pax were coming in hot….SSH, Weedpicker ,Hillbilly, Windmill, sealclaps IC- Moseyed back to Parking lot.
The Thang
Catch me if you can- Partner up, One Pax does 5 burpees while other Pax Bernie Sanders down range…..swap out till we ran out of Asphalt….Picked up the six.
Moseyed to One Tree Hill Jr….Pax completes 30 Flutterkicks, then ran up hill and completed 30 squats…rinse and repeat next evolution….Pax does 10 Catalina Wine Mixers(i believe our first time) then Bearcrawls to top of hill, then completes 10 SSH…Rinse and repeat until the Mumblechatter was deafening:) Kudos to GaDgeT who did most the bearcrawls and CWM with his 2.0 on his back! We had 2 new FNG’s and a 2.0 that joined us and they were a little overwhelmed but keep pushing to the end. Returned to parking for several rounds of Mary!Great job guys especially with the crappy weather.

Drafty Kilt needed prayers for a discussion today he was having and Kathmandid spoke up about the important of staying strong through adversity, much needed words for YHC!
