rotate out, one runner (to hilltop & back), while two PAX work on:
100 alligator merkins (merciful Q halfed it, down from 200)
200 crab jacks
200 starfish crunches
300 air squats
motivators from 6, for fun!
and another round of 100 alligator merkins (since there was time–looks like we got 200, after all)
finally some mary: flutter kicks, american hammers, doc I miss yous
Circle of Trust
it was quiet; prayers requests the same; Edith lifted up the unspoken concerns, too.

YHC is very grateful for a young Q and the dedication of the PAX this morning. YHC was thoroughly thrashed in body, but able to stick with it due to the fellowship afforded by brothers.
