Introduction
This run was inspired by Simon Wan Chi-Chung, a 45 year old photographer who climbed every peak in Hong Kong… over 121 of them. Who knew Hong Kong had mountains?
Warm-O-Rama
None. Just run.
The Thang
Followed a route through as many hills in LMP as possible, including some trails, crossing a creek, and one hill that was outside the park. And not on a trail or path. Then we repeated the route adding sprints across fields an uphills
Circle of Trust
YHC had to duck out quickly. Hills make you faster. PRayers for Sloppys daughter with covid, but praise on her acceptance to continue her studies.
