PAX went straight into one our favorites Jack Webbs after the last Warm-O-Rama.
1:4 Merkin to Arm Raises ratio to a 10 count.
After Jack Webbs YHC instructed to pick up the coupons on our way to the softball field house. PAX were sure the Jack Webbs were an indication that today was leg day, NOT SO FAST MY FRIEND as Lee Corso would say.
Halfway to the softball field Hill YHC instructed PAX to drop the coupons for Jack Webb’s promiscuous cousin – Ascending Bear Crawls. PAX started on one curb, bear crawled to other curb. Once at the other curb, place feet on curb and perform a Derkin. Bear Crawl back to original curb, place feet on curb and perform 2 Derkins. Wash-Rinse-Repeat until you get to 13. Early finishers performed some Mary until the 6 wrapped up. Commando said he was hurting but still no Merlot at the Asylum yet, welcome back buddy.
YHC instructed PAX to pick up coupons and head to the softball field hill. PAX had to complete 10 overhead squat presses at bottom of hill, run to top of hill, 10 jump knee tucks, then bear crawl back to the bottom of the hill – 1 Rep. YHC instructed PAX we were going for 10. Not much mumble chatter on this one, we lost a few of the PAX due to time and YHC had to call it before anyone could get to 10.
Dropped the coupons off at their new home and moseyed back to the flag for a little Mary before 6:15 caught us.
Circle of Trust
Great COT this morning, spoke about the importance of prayer. I can’t find the exact quote, but to summarize: There cannot be any growth in your spiritual life outside of prayer. PAX brought up examples of how some of their prayers have been answered. It is easy to dismiss things as coincidence and not give the Sky Q praise for answering prayers. Pray about everything, its our direct line to the man upstairs and he never gets tired of being called on.
