We moseyed to the far parking lot. 10 Abe Vigodas IC, 10 air squared IC, 20 side straddle hops IC, 10 back slappers IC, ham string stretches/sitting stretches OYO, 10 jack webbs IC
QT made some weird noises
The Thang
12 minute run- Drafty Kilt, Shockwave, Yak led the way. Purple Haze kept hanging in there. Next- partner up- one partner did bear crawls while the other partner did planks. After both did bear crawls/planks, switched to crab walks/planks. Rinse/repeat for approx 15 minutes. Had to move the cones in from 30 yards to about 20 yards to make sure we got the reps in. The crab walks tried to break us. Shockwave did a variation with his arse on the ground. QT/Swedish Ham/Commando/Delta Deuce/Abscess- the whole Pax brought it!!!! Our arms are feeling it. Next- Abs- Growing Pains- slowed it down for Swedish Ham. Pickle pointers x 50, luckily no cops drove by. Pickle pounders x 5 for QT. Floyd Mayweather plank punches x 20. Finished with 15 surrenders OYO- some on the pavement, some on the grass. Way to bring it!!!!
