YHC got Croaker out of bed with promises of Waffle House after the beatdown.

The Thang

We took a tour of the property. Ran to the first bridge for 10 burpees, ran to the next bridge for 11 merkins, to the pond with the fountain for 12 lbc, to the old parking lot for 13 lunges, made stops along the track for 14 mountain climbers and 15 american hammers, up the steps behind the playground for 16 ssh, to the park entrance for 17 bbsu, to the pedestrian bridge for 18 squats. Then we did another round, ending with 27 squats on the pedestrian bridge. We just slipped by the oncoming train on the way back to the flag and had to pay the 5 burpee train penalty.
