After each round PAX completed a cardio exercise. After round 1 PAX took a refreshingly wet Indian Run around the upper parking lot. After round 2 PAX completed 90 Seconds of Mountain Climbers. After the end of the second cardio period 0615 was creeping up on us so YHC called the interval circuit early and PAX completed a circle of Mary to run the clock out.
Circle of Trust
YHC brought up a portion of a book that I’ve been reading that spoke about isolation and sinking into ones self. When you’re isolated you’re alone and weak which exactly where the enemy wants you to be. One of the awesome parts of F3 is having a group of men around you that you can lean on in life and escape the isolation. With that in mind, keep picking up the shovel, beat back the temptation of the fartsack in the morning, and come to work fellas.
Naked Man Moleskin
Definitely not the smoothest Q I’ve ever called. Too many moving parts with the coupons and the water bottles. Next time I’ll dumb it down so that things move more quickly and we can get more circuits in. Til next time, BA Out!
