Introduction
Second attempt at a monthly 5k at the Crazy 8s. Much bigger group this time!
Warm-O-Rama
The warm up consisted of walking to starting line which is a different location this time due to measurements. I think we’ve got an actual 5k on our hands this time!
The Thang
Run a 5k. As fast as you can. This time, PAX started at the top of the lower lot to pick up an extra 0.1 mile and finished at the same location between the islands at the bottom of the lot
Circle of Trust
Even though the course and finishing time was a little bit longer this month, many had a pace that was faster than last month.
Naked Man Moleskin
It’s been very motivating to see Crazy 8’s grow into the bigger group that it was this morning. And even more motivating to see everyone push themselves to go faster each week.
