20- A number in the bible that sometimes symbolizes the cycle of completeness.With a nervous heart Qt will be starting a new AO at Hillgrove HS called The Grove. Our aim is the continue to grow and invite men into what F3 stands for…..Plant, Grow and serve small community workout groups for the invigoration of male leadership. With that i will be starting a new group on Monday and Wednesday leaving open to possibly of fridays for the future. 19-20 guys is awesome but you can’t have authentic tight relationships with that large of a group. It’s proven time and again by F3.

Thankful to see this group grow so large. Thankful for the friendships that have developed. Will continue to grow those friendships deeper, F3 is the majority of my friendships and i thank you for that. Keep EHing guys, Men need this.
