Introduction
As one of the early patron’s of the OG I felt like it was my duty to bring out some of the original exercises while trying to keeps it somewhat core concentrated with a little BA flare.
Warm-O-Rama
0530 Lets roll – extended mosey around the soccer field
Circled up for:
SSH
Windmills
Weed Pickers
Hillbillys
The Thang
Mosey over to the outdoor staircase for our first stop down memory lane:
11’s
BBSU @ Bottom
Burpees @ Top
Progressive combination of the two exercises totaling 11 reps (1 Burpees at top, 10 BBSU at bottom, 2 Burpees at top, 9 BBSU at bottom). Rinse and repeat until you’ve cycled through all 10 rounds. Once PAX completed reps communal Mary until the 6 is in.
Mosey back to the soccer field for stop number 2 (Lots of mumblechatter at this point about our extended “Warm-o-rama”).

Corner #1 – 20 Merkins
Bear Crawl the short length of the soccer field
Corner #2 – 20 American Hammers
Run the long length of the soccer field
Corner #3 – 20 Plank Jacks
Crab Walk the short length of the soccer field
Corner #4 – 20 Big Finish BBSU
Run the long length of the soccer field back to Corner #1. Rinse and repeat until time is called. YHC called time a few minutes early to bring everyone back for a circle of Mary until 0615.
