The Thang
QIC came up with a great plan……12 exercises,12 reps at 12 locations to signify the 1 year anniversary.
After each exercise the Pax ran to another location and did the same last 12 reps as well as an additional exercise added. Grand Totals are as follows.
144- Calf Raises, 132 4 count SSH, 120 Doc Ock squats ( he has a hard time counting),108 Monkey Humpers, 96- 4 count shoulder pretzels, 84 Apollo Ohnos ( i believe some romantic feeling were revealed) 72- Super fast OH Presses, 60- Tuck Jumps, 48- 2 Count Merkins, 36- Burpees, Bear crawl forward reverse, 12- Around the world merkins.

Wow- What a year. So many people have contributed to our growth…We had 13 Pax show up the day before and 13- Pax show up on Monday after a Saturday beatdown. The guys are starting to work together and bonding…which may be the best part of this group. Thanks to the Loom and Cherokee for supporting us. God is good! QT
