Good to see Longtime…it had been a long time…
Inspired by the Killer B’s (IronPax 2020 week 0), let’s *B*e ready for the Thang.

Warm-O-Rama

and a Mosey to the SW corner of the lacrosse field for the Thang.

The Thang

Using the light pole as the *B*eginning line,
each take a turn doing the moving exercise (ME) to the “line” while the remaining PAX does the stationary exercise (SE) AMRAP-style.
-Round 1: ME=*B*ear crawl, SE=*B*urpees
-Round 2: ME=*B*road jumps, SE=*B*BSU
-Round 3: ME=*B*ernie sanders, SE=*B*onnie *B*lairs (jump lunges)
Next mosey *B*ack to the flag for intermission (i.e. *B*rief *B*reak) consisting of first some *B*utterfly flutter kicks x10 IC and some Motivators from 5 (to *B*e more motivated for the rest of the Thang.
Mosey *B*ack to the light pole & do the same three rounds *B*ackwards:
Round 3, then Round 2, then Round 1.
With time left on the clock, and *B*ryce’s (aka Swirly’s) Eagle Scout project close-by, we rotated one through pull-ups, dips, and *B*ox jumps, for a count of 10 of the *B*ox jumps.

Naked Man Moleskin

It may have not been the Killer B’s workout that the Forge completed, but it sure *B*eat YHC; YHC is grateful for the exhortation of the PAX this morning, especially when nearly passing out in the final dips. Thank you also for the good coffeeteria afterward.
