Introduction
Friendly banter with The Grove proceeded this Q and YHC was determined to make it painful. YHC felt inspired during Week 1 of IronPax Challenge. EMOM twist with a set rep count and a side of Bear Arse Hill.
Yummy.
Warm-O-Rama
400m Mosey
Weed Pickers x 10
Baby Arm Circles (Forward and back x 10)
Arm Pretzels
Abe Vigoda x 7 (was going be 5 but I forgot to stop)
The Thang
Partner up and bring your weights / coupons / Kb’s to the bottom of BA hill
Each team was responsible for:
100 burpees
150 weightless thursters
200 scissor kicks (2 count)
During the workout, an EMOM timer was running. Pax alternated carrying BOTH of the coupons / KB’s up BA hill and back while their partner was putting in work. In hindsight – this was a horrible idea. The hill climb was the worst part of the experience for all involved.
Pick up 6 while waiting on the rest of the group to finish.
An inspired mosey / run with weights back to the flag for a long round of Mary.
YHC didn’t want the Forge to feel cheated out of the Burpees the Grove had to do- as such, we added another 35 in to the Mary circle.

Circle of Trust
Rapid’s sister is adopting a 5 y/o from a former Soviet state and could use prayers as they go through the foster process and move towards adoption.
Swedish Ham is working to collect bags for children in the foster care program.
Naked Man Moleskin
YHC reminded Pax that their emotions are a choice. Their state of mind is a choice. You can choose to be angry about an issue, or you can choose to accept it and move forward. Be conscious in your decisions.
A short but furious rainstorm cut the OnePly monologue short – much to the delight of all around. Coffee was excellent. Muscles were sore. Progress was made.
