Take advantage of a great new 4 story structure crossing over RR tracks! Zeppelin run ( up stairwell across overpass down stairwell) 20 Squats, Zeppelin back across 20 Merkins, Zeppelin back across….each round stairs were done if a different way, carioka….backwards, bear crawl, crabwalk….20 calf raises…ran across to Trolley…30 step ups….20 upkins….at that time Q was a little worried about time…..another HIM came up with a grand idea….Burpee each light pole. At this time a train rolled….so we race the train….at the end of the streetlights the PAX turned around and started heading back with a Burpees escalator….each light add another burpee to pile, 10 lights-55 burpees… moseyed around parking lot until the caboose caught up (6)…moseyed around downtown…ran upon a foundation….QIC encourage PAX to do merkins in foundation…denied….20 dips….20 upkins…mosey back to RR crossing…Zepplin run….Q decided it was a great picture opportunity …back across again this time backwards….and 1 last zepplin run for time…a zombie zeppelin run! Indian run back to flag…Mary and a small mosey to finish out time….easily over 100 push ups today for those PAX in the challenge!
