Dora 1,2,3- Start at Cafeteria Speedbump…..2 teams- 100 Merkins, @00 BBS, 300 Squats…One pax starts exercise while the other pax runs to stop sign and back. Moseyed back to Flag. Small patch of Grass…did some square work. Bear crawls, Long jumps, bernie sanders. Indian Run around the parking lot back to Flag.
10 min of Mary….LBC, dying coach roaches, box cutters, freddie mercury, mtn climbers, pickle ponders, one plys and ended with 4X4s.
