Introduction
YHC was yearning for some more IPC style workouts where we all left a little bobbly-wobbly. Resurrected the IPC 2020 week 1 challenge to try and exact a little revenge.
Everyone knew exactly what to expect courtesy of Jalopy and his promotional material provided through out the week. Much Thanks!

Simple, easy mosey to the dumpsters (fitting for the type of year we’ve been put through) and back to the flag.
The Thang
IPC 2020 week 1 – EMOM Burpees
Ever Minute On the Minute – 3 Burpees and the first set started the clock
Pax then suffered through the following:
50 Hand Release Release Merkins
100 Leg Lifts
150 Jungle Boi Squats
200 BBSU
250 Stationary Lunges (easy count)
this workout still had us all sucking wind and whining Every Minute on the Minute…except Jerky, who ran the whole time…and One-Ply and Gadget who sat there and laughed at us. There was a little extra-curricular activity on the timer as well; YHC wont say who though.
Circle of Trust
Been a tough week for most everyone. YHC encouraged ALL to take care of each other and their selves.
Sloppy Joe got his 100 BD for 2020 patch! way to go dude. and he celebrates another trip around the sun on Monday. RESPECT Brother!
Pebble’s imaging results came back good. He thanked us for the prayers
YHC challenged ALL PAX to conduct a foreign affair. Go see something different, learn from it, and bring it back to make The Forge the best damn AO around. We all need a little diversity in our actions and thoughts to continue forward.

Good to see Abcess back out there. Gadget’s hurting but still showed up to encourage and correct form. Not sure what One-Ply was doing other than encouraging and laughing; thats between him and the maker YHC figures.
Those donuts were tasty, but didnt bring the level of heat we all needed on a chilly, windy morning in the gloom. Jalopy, we dont hold you responsible for that; you’re a great hype man.
