Introduction
YHC has significant leg work later this week and, as such, decided the PAX have no need to use their arms. YHC has enjoyed building relationships with the PAX but decided to ruin these friendships because – well – why not? Muscle groups were specifically targeted and exercises paired to inflict maximum pain without too much overlap from Monday’s beat down.

The Thang
3-evolution EMOM workout combining leg stretching with upper body work. Each evolution was 10 qty 1 minute rounds with a light jog in-between evolutions to keep up heart rate and increase blood flow to lower extremities.
1st Evolution:

Gucci’s co-worker’s husband unexpectedly went on dialysis. Gentleman’s name is George and Gucci asks that we keep him in our prayers as the situation develops and more information becomes available.

YHC challenged the PAX to be conscious, mindful, and have purpose regarding the longer term impacts of their decisions. Take your smaller, daily or weekly decisions and view them over a longer timeline.
YHC brought the wisdom of Proverbs 14:8 saying that “The wisdom of the sensible is to understand his way, But the foolishness of fools is deceit.”
To YHC, this means that we should examine what we do and why we do it. Understand the impact our decisions have on our lives over short, medium, and long time scales.
YHC used an example of his own efforts regarding drinking beer during the week. To clarify, YHC is in no way recommending turning your back on that delicious nectar. Simply be mindful and calculated in your consumption.
The total impact of 4 beers / day, 5 days a week for 30 weeks / year is as follows:
– 600 total beers consumed each year
– $999 spent on said beers each year
