As a team complete the following in each round:
60 Burpees
60 Bonnie blair’s
60 BBSU
One partner does the stationary exercises while the other broad jumps 30yds and bear crawls back, Dora style.
Repeat until 6:15

This was a humbling experience. Co-op may have been harder because we did more broad jumps and bear crawls. Prayers Pink’s daughter and wife, Spooner’s church, Twinkles wife, Draftys wife and new baby
