YHC spoke briefly about the idea of plateau in fitness. Ask yourself why you are at a plateau. Is it lack of sleep? Lack of proper nutrition?
Maybe you need to start stretching, or drinking more water, or exercise more often. Or maybe you just need to push yourself harder and break through that mental limit you have been putting on your body.
