1st Round
Jump rope x 5 minutes
20 merkins
20 BBSU
20 second low plank
2nd Round:
Same as above but with 3 minute jump rope
Wash, rinse, repeat until 6:12 AM
Sally up with merkins for 1.5 minutes
Sally up with squats 1.5 minutes
