Mosey around lacrosse field to “the wall” with prophetic mumble chatter.
People’s Chair (PC), till the Six
Chicken Peckers: parallel to ground, 45-degrees, & BTTW style
PC again {while Q loses track of time?} before another round of Chicken Peckers
PAX divide into two groups:
-Swirly takes the east hill with a group
-Doc takes the west hill with a group
Each leads a couple rounds of uphill partner relay:
round 1: Bear Crawl while partner moseys to top of hill & back, switch roles & repeat until pair reaches hill top.
round 2: Broad Jump Burpees instead of bear crawl
Doc’s group takes advantage of the Eagle Project pad for some box jumps/pull-ups/dips OYO, until Swirly’s group wraps up
Meet as a circle in the center of lacrosse field for a Q trade, and farewell to Two Stroke.
“A taste of the MB’s” (in honor of the West Cobb mountain bikers): PAX divide into 3 groups of 4, each group has two pair
round 1: one pair does Mountain Merkins while other pair Bernie Sanders to light pole line (field edge) & back, before pair roles swap; repeat 3x
round 2: PAX all together: Motivators from 5 {mumble chatter about pace}
round 2.5: one pair does 10 Burpees, other pair BBSU, role-swap; 1x
round 3: one pair does Monkey Humpers, other pair Bonnie Blair (or simply Lunge) Walk to line and back, role-swap; 1x
Indian Run in 2 groups, with the fast group going the long way around the baseball field, ending at the flags.

6MOM – each PAX takes a turn, saving Doc for last
freddie mercuries, box cutters, one-plys, flutter kicks, LBCs, merkins, heels to heaven, pickle pointers, doc i hate yous {YHC regretfully disremembers a few}
