Introduction
YHC appeared out of the gloom, jogging up minutes before the 5:30 start time… and thus the mumblechatter began.
Right off the bat we went for a long mosey from the flag down to the track.

Today we had a lot of work to do, so the mosey was our warm-o-rama.

Circle of Trust
What a blessing it is to have community and brotherhood… this time last year I was completing the weekly challenges & fundraising for the Promise686 Race by myself. I can’t tell you how much of a difference it has made to partner with Jalopy on fundraising and completing these challenges each week.
Today we crushed 4 HUGE stats together. When we share the load, it becomes so much easier to carry. Thankful for your support and participation with Jalopy and I in this cause; the men of F3 West Cobb have contributed ~$800 out of the $1000 raised for this race!

It felt really special to have several 2.0’s out for today’s beatdown and so nice to have so many folks out at the Grove!
Kathmandid’s 2.0’s were very amused by YHC’s epic fart. They also spent more time arguing about the crunches than actually doing them.
How are star jumps so much harder than SSH’s?
