Introduction
Halloween is supposed to be fun, YHC tried to make this BD fun as well.
also, YHC brought the homemade, 25#, chained up, concrete pumpkins to add a little fun to our Dora.

Moseyed down and around and then ended up at the bathrooms.

The Thang
Dora style BD with the 2 25# pumpkins and the 25# KB known as Bruce Lee.
typical Dora, while one PAX is doing the reps, the other is running. Also, the pumpkins and the KB traveled up and down the line until we finished. Alternated groups by passing to the left/right depending on where it came from. We ran approximately 25 meters there and back for a total of 50.
