The Thang

The rules are simple and unbreakable.

Five cards are handed to five PAX. All PAX complete five reps of card 1. Then five reps of card 1 and five reps of card 2. Then five reps of 1, then 2, then 3. You get the picture. Rinse and repeat until time. Short mosey in between sets.

***Joker Rule***
If the Joker is drawn, the other four cards are discarded and the set is replaced by an unfortunate something.

YHC doesn’t remember all the exercises in each set. However, sets 2 AND 3 were rudely interrupted by the Joker being drawn.

Joker number one caused PAX to listen to “Flower” by Moby, a.k.a. “Bring Sally Up” whilst doing squats and/or merkins. Shout out to OnePly pushing (literally) through the pain. Shout out to Gucci and Monkey for attempting merkins. Brave souls indeed.

Joker number two caused the PAX to do motivators from 12. Yikes. Approximately 17 minutes later, we moved on.

YHC thinks we got through six or seven sets. Some highlights:
– Doing squats after Sally. : (
– Having diamond merkins and wide arm merkins in the same set
– Gucci announcing burpees as the next exercise, much to the chagrin of the PAX. Turns out it was fake news, much to the joy of the PAX. Then Monkey ACTUALLY had the burpee card as the very next exercise.
– Hearing Mr. Pink attempt to change the count on the motivators. Hilarious!
