Bear crawl to the center station, complete 10 burpees, and then Lunge to the next station. We Bear crawl, burpee, lunge in between each outer station(6). Complete as many stations as possible in 45mins.
Outer stations:
Merkins – 25 reps
BBSU – 50 reps
Thrusters w/ coupon- 25 reps
LBC – 50 reps easy count
Bent over rows – 25 count
Plank w/ shoulder taps – 50 easy count
Center station:
Burpees- 10
