The Thang

Usually YCH is a cardio/HIIT kind of guy, but today felt like a good strength training day, so we mosey’d to the cinder blocks and bulked up! We split into two teams and rotated with and without coupons. Three rounds of 10 exercises (five with coupons, five without coupons). When you were with the coupon, you did a set number; without the coupon, you went until the coupon group was finished (this made way more sense doing it). Round 1 – 25 reps; Round 2 – 20 reps; Round 3 – 10 reps.

Overhead Press (Burpees)
Curls (Plank)

After we wrapped up with the cinder blocks, we lunged to the second-nearest light pole and mosey’d back to the flag.
