The usual stretching,farting and scratching in preparation for a quick 5k
The Thang
We paired up according to what speed we wanted to maintain, but also to get to know more about another PAX besides his age. Run in any direction as long as you stay together.
Circle of Trust
Prayers went out for continued wisdom of our leaders. Prayers also for Mr.Pink’s job situation as well as YHC’s changes in the work force and the wisdom to know when to move on. Prayers lifted for all our wounded PAX as well.
Naked Man Moleskin
YHC shared the secret of his 20mile run and that was sticking with another PAX as we are stronger together, I pushed him he kept me on the right track literally. I never though I could have done that and would have quit if I was alone, thus the wisdom we are stronger together. YHC asked that the PAX running together get to know each other and that as they went about their day to include them in their prayers.
