Introduction
YHC thought of this one while I was on the injured reserve walking laps around the Grove. It was nice to finally bring it to life.
Warm-O-Rama
“Mr. Pink, do we need gloves?” – Not unless you’ve got soft, dainty hands.
Mosey around to cafeteria for:
– Squat Jumps x10
– Hairy Rockette’s
– Lil baby arm circles F/R > Sobriety Sungods > any excuse to keep em up
– Motivators x5, because Hot Fudge
The Thang
Partner off into 2’s. PTL for an even number for once.
1. Partner A holds Wall Sit while Partner B: (the blast)
– Lunges to middle
– Squat jumps x 25
– Lunges to end
– Hold 1-legged glute bridge
* Partner A catches up
Worst Ball – Pax hold until the 6 is in
Runners: Indian Run around school (the dash)
Walkers: Up & down the stairs
2. Partner B holds Balls to Wall while Partner A:
– Runs/walks to middle (because YHC forgot about bear crawls)
– Mahktar N’Diayes x 25
– Runs/walks to end
– Hold Plank
* Partner B catches up
Worst Ball – Pax hold until the 6 is in
Runners: Indian Run around school
Walkers: Up & down the stairs
3. A group starts Mary while B group runs up & down the stairs.
– Groups trade-off when the 6 is in
– The 6 calls the next Mary exercise
Repeat until time. Roughly 8-10 rounds.

YHC expects a good calorie burn for all, runners & walkers alike. Immediately regretted the wall sit > lunge > jump squat sequence. blech.
